About this book
The only chronicle of Sri Lanka written continuously in Sinhala, compiled in the seventeenth century. It runs from the legendary landing of Vijaya to King Vimaladharmasuriya II of Kandy, drawing on the Mahavamsa and on Kandyan-era tradition.
